and operator, Jim Ellis, founded our company in 1984. Since
then, we have shown consistent growth and in 1998, incorporated
as James Ellis Enterprises, Inc. Two basic principles have
proved worthy from day one and are now ingrained throughout
the company's corporate culture; a willingness to work hard
and the conviction to always do right by people.
Today,
we have a significant presence as a reliable, regional building
service contractor. Our geographical areas cover the tri
state area of California, Arizona & Nevada. We specialize
in providing window maintenance and exterior building maintenance
services to the retail, commercial, and industrial industry.

Ellis - President & Director of Business Development
Jim Ellis began the company in 1984 with a bucket and
a squeegee and the drive and determination to take care
of each and every customer's needs. Today he ensures,
that all of the resources of Ellis Enterprises are focused
on serving the customer's needs. |

Cordova - Vice President of Operations
Art Cordova came to Ellis Enterprises with over fifteen
years of management experience in the grocery retail
industry. Art oversees our field management team and
our vendor procurement and quality control programs.

Alfonso
Contreres - Director of Finance and Accounting
Alfonso oversees the management of the company finance
and budgeting. He also directs our accounts receivable
and our accounts payable departments. Alfonso graduated
with a certificate in manual and computerized accounting
from Larsen Technical School in 1997 and has since worked
in the accounting field. He is currently pursuing a
higher degree. |

Franklin
Parada - Director of Safety and Service Quality
Franklin Parada has been with Ellis Enterprises for
over ten years. Bringing prior Experience From the construction
industry, he has continued to enrich his technical experience
through multiple training certifications & seminars.

Petrie - Director of Sales and Service Management
Dave has fifteen years of experience in all aspects
of building maintenance. He has received numerous training
certifications and prior to coming to Ellis Enterprises,
he operated his own building maintenance company (Excalibur
Services) for twelve years. Dave is assigned to ensure
field operations are optimized. |
