Sometimes
regular cleaning and maintaining building surfaces will
prevent the building of oxidation, hard water stains, atmospheric
pollutants, and organic and inorganic runoff stains. However,
often maintenance is performed incorrectly or, on a less
frequent than necessary periodic interval. In the later
cases, surface restoration is often required. Restoration
can be defined as the process needed to bring a structure
material back to as close to its original condition as possible.
Ellis Enterprises has the expertise and resources to offer
value-driven flexible solutions to building owners, managers,
and owners. We understand there must be a cost benefit incentive
to any restoration project. Contact us by using phone or
by using our "Contact Us"
page here on our website for your free site evaluation.

The
top half of the above image shows the "before"
and the lower half the "after" of our surface
restoration technique. Notice the efflorescence in the before
half. This problem is eliminated using our 6 step restoration
process.

Granite
restoration: This granite had been damaged from harsh chemicals
that were used to clean. The lighter panel is before restoration
and shows a tired, bleached look. The darker panels show
where we restored the granite back to its original rich
color and luster.
